Q Why are you so confident this programme will work for my organisation? A This question is raised often for the simple reason that most of us believe our circumstances, our issues, our markets are unique, and they are. ON Target tm focuses on individuals as sales executives and clients, the sales process, business development drivers and overall corporate objectives to generate substantial improvements in productivity and ultimately profitability. In essence all markets are populated by people, people with needs and greeds, wants and fears, responsibilities and objectives.
Q My people are field based/telephone based/account managers/ technical. A Fundamentally the programme has been proven to work for all types of sales roles. It ensures a thorough understanding of the generic sales process, through coaching sessions tailored to the individual and personal needs of the participant. We have successfully delivered the programme to sales directors, trainees, women returning to the workforce and even chartered engineers in their sixties …… all to great effect.
Q My people haven't got time for training, A We understand that your sales people are at their most effective in front of existing or prospective clients. The ON Target tm system is incredibly time efficient, your people do not have to travel anywhere, there are no accommodation and travel costs, they can participate anywhere in the world, we have clients on four continents, as long as they have telephone access they can take part. This has proven to be an incredibly attractive proposition not only for sales directors but sales people as well, they really enjoy the hour a week focussing on their needs and goals.
Q Training is so costly. A Because we are able to deliver, coach, and mentor your people utilising both online and telephone techniques the ON Target tm method is very cost effective. The price for an individual to participate in the 12 module 15 week programme inclusive of all coaching sessions, course materials and unlimited email coaching for the duration will surprise you.
Q I only want to trial it for a few of my people. A It is AIM-Knowledge’s policy to only work with a first intake of 4 people, hence your maximum investment is considerably less than you may imagine. This gives you the opportunity to see the merits and measurable benefits the programme provides. We are confident you will continue to use ON Target tm.
Q I haven't got time to sort this out A We appreciate that you are a busy individual with tremendous demands on your time. Therefore it is incredibly simple.
You sign and fax the booking form You tell us who will take part We do everything else. The whole process is designed to be simple and straight forward. Initially you receive a one page partnership allocation form; you simply print that off, sign it and fax it back to us.
The next stage is that our coaching department will contact you, or someone you nominate, to gather the necessary information on the individual participants.
Then we make all the running, we contact the individual and explain they have been selected to participate, we explain how the programme works and how they will benefit and ask them to commit to the programme. They will have initial conversations with their coach and all telephone appointments will be put in their diary well in advance. The programme enables great flexibility and we thrive on accommodating individuals with busy schedules. You will then receive an update call from your account manager at week 4 or 5.
Throughout the programme your account manager is always available, to address any concerns, issues or queries regarding your participants. And at the end they will provide you with feedback from your participant and, more importantly, an insight from their coach.
